Duties:
1. In charge of sales and new business by promoting our Logistics solutions to prospective clients.
2. Developing sales strategies and plans through market research.
3. Managing and retaining relationships with current clients.
4. Have an in-depth knowledge of our business products and value proposition.
5. Writing business proposals to potential clients.
6. Negotiating with stakeholders.
7. Properly checking out and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
8. Conducting business research opportunities and viable income streams.
9. Following industry trends locally and internationally.
10. Drafting and reviewing contracts.
11. Give a comprehesive report on successes and areas needing improvements.

Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Logistics or relevant to the position.
• Proven experience in similar role for more than 3 years in the logistics industry is a must.
• Good customer services and negotiation skills.
• Good communication,i nterpersonal and analytical skills.

Operation Manager (Farm & Hospitality)in Mamba Village Centre Ltd located in Nyali, Mombasa needed:

Duties:
1. In charge of overall Operations and Costings for Farm and Restaurant.
2. In charge of staff.
3. In charge of sales.
4. Sourcing for events to increase revenue from events such as schools, corporate conferences, weddings, team building and others.
5. Working with management to set up marketing strategies for business.
6. Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
7. Overseeing marketing campaigns.
8. Tracking effectiveness of Marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the BDM.
9. Negotiating and liaising with third party Marketing agencies.
10. Creating and advertising marketing content on social media.
11. Managing the design and production of promotional materials such as brochures and the website.
12. Ensuring the Marketing budget is well spent, controlled and there is a Return in Investment through increase in sales.

Qualification:
1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Tour & Travel, Events Management or Equivalent.
2. Proven experience of more than 2 years in the Hospitality sector.
3. Proficiency in computer skills-Sage system.
4. Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
5. High level of integrity & professionalism.
6. Aggressive and keen to work.
7. Willing to work at odd hours.
8. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines with no supervision.
